GRANTS-- 01-- Federal grant to educate Canadians on Larouche

The FRoC will apply to the GoC "govn't of can" for funds to spread knowledge and understanding of Larouche in Canada. At an appropraite time, this funtion will become a dept. of to GoC-- since FRoC supports the GoC in the face of the BEADO (British Anglo Dutch Oligarchy). FRoCAN will adopt the Amercan System as defined by Larouche and actually bring the Canadian consitution INTO line with ADVANCED humani civilizaiton. This has vast implications. It means the end of the Queen's rep as head of state in Canada... nothing less. Expect resistance.
