MY comment-- This writer continues to mistake US for British-- There are two opposed FORCES at work in the world-- the IMPERIALIST system of the British empire-- and the Classical system of sovereign nation states. THE USA IS UNDER ATTACK by the same British empire that is setting Canada up for destruction. Canada has ethanol plants too-- so does Mexico. That's NOT a US decision.
